Originally, railroad tie and brick steps led to a brick staircase and small porch at the front entry of this mid-century modern hillside residence. The new Ipe deck expands across the entire width of the house, which faces out to views of the bay. Cable rail allows un-blocked enjoyment of the views, and this small house not only gets a more welcoming entry, but also gains additional living space with this large outdoor deck ‘room’.
